Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
If there is an issue processing your order due to incorrect or incomplete payment information, shipping may be delayed by an additional 2 business days. Items that are out of stock may require up to 5 extra business days to process.
Orders over $100 USD automatically qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $100 USD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost.
If you're not completely in love with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 business days from the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
